9 YEARS OF WEDDED BLISS

Nine years ago today we become Husband and Wife, both worldly and Eternally. I don't think I could have been blessed with a better man for my husband or father for my kids. He works so hard for us and I thank my Heavenly Father for such a wonderful blessing.
I LOVE YOU LES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LES!!!

Today Les turned the Big 31!!!!!!!! The kids didn't have school today, but unfortunately Les' school district did :( So, I made him some Cinnamon muffins last night for him to have for breakfast (I know, I went all out right:)) We probably should have gone and had lunch with him, but he doesn't have his plan period until 6th hour so, it would have been kind of pointless. Instead, we just waited until he got home to properly wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

His cake made with pure love!
Blowing out the candles....Good job :)

Daddy with his little fan club!

Happy Birthday Les/Daddy!!!!! We Love You so much and couldn't be more grateful for all the hard work you do to support our family!

CUB SCOUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that Bradyn is 8 years old he is able to go to Cub Scouts.....Hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is so excited and has been waiting for his chance to go. What is extra exciting is that his cousin is also going to be in his troop and his really good friend Nolan too.

Looking especially adorable in his uniform!!!!!!
His brothers and sister wanted to take a picture with him too!!!!
Its funny because I was telling Logan to put his hands behind his back because he would not stop flapping them around and so Audrey dropped her blanket and put her hand behind her back too. I was just going to take a picture with all the boys, but as soon as they lined up she went and took her spot in the line :)

Happy Birthday Bradyn!!!!

Last week Bradyn had a pretty big birthday, he turned 8 years old!!!!! The reason it is a big birthday is because in our faith, we are able to be Baptized when we reach the age of 8. We aren't having his baptism for another couple weeks (so that family can come from out of town), but I will definitely write about it when we do. He is so excited for it and we are so excited for him.

So, last week for his birthday he invited a couple of friends, some cousins and his brothers to a movie party.
Getting ready to blow out his candles!!! We had all the boys come over for cake and presents before the movie since it didn't start until around 7pm.
Opening up all the generous gifts that he was given!!!

At the movies to see Furry Vengeance. Here he is with his buddies!!!!

Group shot after the movie. A couple of people are missing though!

These are the cupcakes I made for him to take to school. The kids helped by putting the M&Ms on top. I think they turned out great!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRADYN!!!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!

Capitals and Baby's!!!!!!

Yesterday Les' sister Jocelyn and her husband Ed welcomed their first baby girl. I think most people know that I am a sucker for a new baby niece or nephew and so I just had to go up and hold this sweet little baby.
ANNA MARIE
I mean seriously, isn't she just BEAUTIFUL!!!
They had her up in Lansing and I knew I would not be able to go up there until after Parker and Logan got done with school so, I asked my mom if she wanted to drive up there with me this afternoon. I just figured that me, my mom and the kids would head up to the room, but I wasn't 100% sure on the hospital's policy on children visitors. My mom said no, I was just going to drop you off and take the kids somewhere. I said, "OK great"!!!! It was nice because I didn't have to worry about my kids touching stuff they shouldn't and I was able to hold sweet Anna the whole time I was there. It was heavenly!!!!!!!
Since the hospital is right down the street from the Capital Building my mom took the kids there. I think she is a brave woman, I probably never would have done that. Although, I do need to do more stuff like that with my kids.
Kids on the Capital steps!!

In front of the Big Wooden Doors!!!!!
(Apparently they really wanted to go through these doors, but you can't.)

Laying on the floor looking at the ceiling.
While they were inside there was a school group there and the guide told all the kids to lay on the floor and look up at the ceiling so, my kids did too!!!!!
Thanks mom for coming with me and showing my kids a super great time :)
